broken phone outdated decor

the location was good , within reasonable walking distance to the market square.

i found the lack of attention to detail frustrating. the room's phone was broken , so i couldn't contact reception , and an empty shower gel bottle sat in the shower upon arrival. the overall feel was of a worn , outdated corporate hotel that hadn't seen updates in years.

the location was good it was only a ten minute walk to the square

i found the rooms quite tired the furniture was outdated and needed some attention the breakfast was acceptable but the selection could have been improved it lacked variety i expected more from a hotel of this caliber

highest quality friendly staff

the breakfast had an excellent selection of foods available everything was of the highest quality. the staff were all friendly and accommodating i found it great having a reception desk manned at all times they were helpful as regards ordering taxis etc.

i expect more when i stay in a five star hotel the offered coffee was not really good.

great location adequate equipment inexpensive service

The hotel is in a great location near the river walk. The gym had adequate equipment for a workout. The laundry service was FAST and inexpensive.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't AMAZING.
